site contains links to three documents. The "Road
Network Management & Development" document describes common
planning tools, indicators and systems for the expansion and improvements
of road networks. An important aspect of these tools is the assessment of
the road capacity. "Road Capacities"
provide guidelines for such assessments. The World Bank and Asian Development
Bank insist on economic impact analysis for all their projects. "Economic
Impacts of Roads" describes regional economic transport related
models and their reputation in high-income countries.
